Terms of Service

By signing up to or using Cambio Education ("Cambio", "the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Cambio is a voice-first English learning game for children, sold to private English teachers who provide access to their students. Teachers pay a per-student monthly fee and create classes that group their students.

2. Accounts

Two account types: Teacher and Student.

• Teachers must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of their classes (e.g. by obtaining parental consent for each student).
• Students are added by invitation only. By inviting a student, the teacher confirms that the student's parent or legal guardian has consented to the student's use of the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Pricing and payment

The current per-student monthly fee is shown on the Cambio sales page. We invoice teachers monthly. Fees are due within 14 days of invoice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access for that teacher's class.

4. Refunds

If you are dissatisfied within the first 14 days of paid use, contact us and we will issue a full refund. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable but you may cancel future billing at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access, scrape, or interfere with the Service in ways other than the user interface provided
• Share your account with unauthorized third parties
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or expose children to inappropriate content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Voice recordings and game content

When students play, their spoken commands are processed to provide the game. See our Privacy Policy for details. The fictional characters, story, artwork, music, and gameplay mechanics are owned by Cambio and may not be copied or redistributed.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may schedule maintenance windows and will notify teachers in advance where reasonably possible.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that voice recognition will always be perfectly accurate. Cambio is an educational supplement, not a substitute for a qualified human teacher.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cambio's total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will email registered teachers when material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the change indicates acceptance.
